They told us we wouldn’t have to worry about renting a car due to shuttle services and valet (that doesn’t exist), yet they refused to tell us the shuttle only runs after 4pm and half the employees didn’t even know there was a valet service. Transportation services are absolutely not up for discussion. Every time we would ask any form of question to an employee they would make us feel like we were an inconvenience to them.
